Michaelle Warner received her real estate license in 1989 and passed her Real Estate Broker’s exam in 1997. She has been with Walton Jones Realtors since 1991. She resides in a Queen Anne Victorian in the Historic Clifton neighborhood with her two daughters.
Her area of expertise as a real estate Broker is with historic and older homes. She believes the level of craftsmanship, care, and uniqueness cannot be replicated. Her specialties are the Clifton, Crescent Hill, Butchertown, Old Louisville, and the Highlands neighborhoods These homes are her true loves and it is always exciting for her to have clients who share her enthusiasm and respect for these kinds of properties. She is past president (2X) and Vice President (2X) of the Frankfort Avenue Business Association. She created and presents the Frankfort Avenue Easter Parade yearly which started in 1993. She has a studio art degree from Smith College, Northampton, MA. Her hobbies include yoga, reading and studying history.
